Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works for orders placed with TEARS OF THE UNIVERSE.

Shipping destinations

We currently accept checkout addresses in Australia, Singapore, and the United States. If checkout does not show a shipping option for your address, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping costs

Available shipping methods, charges, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment. Our current standard rate for supported destinations is Free Shipping. The rate displayed at checkout is the final rate for that order.

Processing time

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Please allow 2–7 business days before dispatch. Personalized, custom, or made-to-order items may require additional preparation time. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery time

Our current Free Shipping option shows an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days after dispatch. The estimate displayed at checkout is the most current estimate. Remote areas, customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, and peak seasons may take longer.

Tracking

After your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address used at checkout. When a tracking number is available, the email and Shopify order status page will include the carrier link and latest available updates.

Incorrect shipping information

Please enter your shipping details carefully. If you notice an address error, contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, an address change may no longer be possible.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If your parcel appears lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information. We will review the issue and work with the carrier where appropriate.

Taxes, duties, and import charges

Taxes, duties, import fees, or other charges may apply depending on the destination. Where available, these charges will be shown at checkout. If they are not shown at checkout, they may be collected by the carrier or relevant authority and remain the customer’s responsibility.
